Dr Lucy Hanington                                                                         
Research Associate

Lucy completed her degree in medicine at Oxford University before taking up an Academic Clinical Fellowship with the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford.  Her research focuses on parental depression and child development, and she has written two papers in collaboration with the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children.  She is also interested in the links between obesity and depression and has been working with the Birth to Twenty study in South Africa.  Lucy is also a Lecturer in Clinical Medicine at St Catherine’s College, Oxford.
